间歇使用无创呼吸机在COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨间歇使用无创呼吸机在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法:48例COPD急性加重并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者分为观察组(无创呼吸机组)与对照组(常规观察组)各24例,观察两组治疗前后血pH、PaO2、PaCO2变化。结果:经无创呼吸机通气12小时后观察组PaO2明显升高,PaCO2明显降低,pH明显改善,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机适用于COPD急性加重并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,可提高PaO2,降低PaCO2,且使用方便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。
