摘要
以全氟辛基磺酰氟和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,合成了全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;然后加入羟基硅油、乙醇等,配成防污剂;并用于抛光砖的表面处理。用IR对全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的结构进行了表征;考察了防污剂的n(R)/n(Si)值和处理液浓度对其成膜性、抛光砖的吸水率、接触角、耐碱性及耐污染性的影响,用SEM观察了抛光砖的表面形貌。结果表明,当n(R)/n(Si)=1.4、防污剂乙醇溶液中全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量分数为6%时,防污剂具有最佳的防水防污性能,经其处理的抛光砖的接触角达到114.7°、吸水率为0.041%、耐碘酒和铁红试验膏污染剂污染性都达到五级,抛光砖表面状态显著改善,缺陷减少,且防污剂膜具有良好的耐碱性和附着力。
3-[ (Perfluorooctylsulfonyl)amino] propyltriethoxysilane was prepared from perfluorooctylsulfonyl fluoride and (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane, and then was mixed with hydroxyl silicone oil and ethanol to make an anti-fouling agent which was used as surface treatment for polishing bricks. The structure of 3-[ (Perfluorooctylsulfonyl)amino] propyltriethoxysilane was characterized by IR. The influence of the ratio of n( R)/n(Si) and the concentration of the treating solution on the performance of the water proofing and anti-fouling agents, such as film forming, water absorption, contact angle, alkali-resistant and stain-resistant were inspected. The appearance of the treated polishing bricks was also studied by SEM. The results showed that when the ratio ofn(R)/n(Si) was 1.4 and the concentration of treating solution was 6 %, the waterproofing and anti-fouling agent had the optimum hydrophobic, anti-fouling and alkali resistance performance, with its contact angle 114. 7°, water absorption 0. 051%, the level of iodine and iron resistant five. Moreover, the surface of the polishing bricks was significantly improved and the defects were reduced greatly. The film of this anti-fouling agent had a good alkaline resistance and adhesion.
