Measurements of Improvement on Reliability of Composite Insulators in Long-term Operation

结合复合绝缘子的运行经验,分析了复合绝缘子产生机械、电气故障的原因,提出了提高复合绝缘子长期运行可靠性的措施,并指出了今后的研究方向。

With the combination ofoperating experience of the composite insulator and its technology development, causes for mechanical and electrical faults for the composite insulators were analyzed in this paper. Methods were put forward to improve the reliability of composite insulators in long-term uses. Future research directions were also suggested.
