钴铬及镍铬合金表面氮化钛镀膜对润湿性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较临床用钴铬合金、镍铬合金表面进行氮化钛镀膜前后对合金表面润湿性、表面形貌以及合金表面成分的影响。方法制作钴铬、镍铬合金各16件,随机各选出8件,采用多弧离子镀法在其表面沉积氮化钛膜,分为未镀膜组和镀膜组。用k-12接触角测量仪测量四组试件各自的接触角并进行统计分析。用扫描电镜观察氮化钛膜形成后钴铬、镍铬合金表面粗糙度有无改变,并对表面成分进行能谱分析,观察表面化学结构的改变。结果①氮化钛膜能显著增大唾液与钴铬、镍铬合金表面间的接触角;②钴铬、镍铬合金表面形成氮化钛膜前后表面均较光滑,宏观粒子团直径、高低均匀一致;③钴铬合金镀膜前表面以Co、Cr、Al为主,镀膜后以Ti、N为主;镍铬合金镀膜前表面以Ni、Cr、Cu、Sn为主,镀膜后以Ti、N、Ni为主。结论①氮化钛膜能够增大钴铬、镍铬合金的疏水性;②氮化钛膜形成后两种合金表面粗糙度无明显改变,化学结构发生了显著变化。 Objective To compare the changes of wettability, topography and energy spectroscopy before and after TiN coating on Co-Cr alloy and Ni-Cr alloy surface in vitro. Methods Sixteen pieces of Co-Cr alloy and 16 pieces of Ni-Cr alloy were made. Then TiN was coated onto the surface of 8 pieces which were chosen randomly by multi-arc TiN coating technique. Use k-12 contact angle meter to measure the contact angle of pieces in four groups and do statistical analysis. Use scanning electron microscope to observe whether the roughness and chemical constitution of alloy changed after they were coated by TiN. Results (1) TiN can enlarge the contact angle between saliva and surface of Co-Cr alloy、Ni-Cr alloy; (2) The surface roughness of the Co-Cr alloy、Ni-Cr alloy were coordinant with that of TiN/Co-Cr alloy、TiN/Ni-Cr alloy; (3) The surface of Co-Cr alloy was major of Co、Cr、Al before coating;the surface of TiN/Ni-Cr alloy was major of Ti、N after coating; the surface of Co-Cr alloy was major of Ni、Cr、Cu、Sn before coating; the surface of TiN/Ni-Cr alloy was major of Ti、N after coating. Conclusion (1) TiN can augment the hydrophobicity of Co-Cr alloy、Ni-Cr alloy ; (2) The surface roughness of Co-Cr alloy、Ni-Cr alloy has little change after coating with TiN and their chemical constitution changes a lot.
