摘要 充分了解和掌握Super混合料与AC混合料在材料选择及其设计理念上的差异,以期正确地认识和使用Super混合料。通过室内试验,结合沥青路面工程实践,比较和分析了Super混合料与AC混合料在材料组成、配合比设计方法等方面的主要差异。结果表明:在材料选择方面的主要不同为沥青选择方法、混合料级配组成要求的不同,Super混合料选择沥青时考虑了环境温度和道路荷载情况,S形的Super混合料级配曲线实际上与我国现行规范中的粗级配的AC-C型混合料接近;在配合比设计上的差异主要表现为试件的成型方法不同、试件的体积参数指标要求的不同,这些差异使得这两种混合料具有完全不同的路用性能和施工特性。若采用马歇尔方法设计Super混合料(或粗级配混合料)时,沥青路面可能存在着出现车辙和水损害的隐患。 It is needed that the differences of selection of material components and idea of mix design between Super mixture and AC mixture should be realized and grasped Base on the laboratory tests and engineering practice of composition and mix design method of Super mixture and AC to understand and utilize the Super mixture rationally. asphalt pavement, the main differences of material mixture were compared and analyzed. The results show that: ( 1 ) The method of selecting component materials are different, such as that environment temperature and traffic loads are taken into account in selecting asphalt binder in Super mixture, and S shape gradation curve of Super mix is correspond to AC-C mixture which is accord with the respect regulation of China. (2) The difference of mix design are shown by molding method and volume parameters requirement of samples. These differences makes the unlike in performance and construction of the two mixtures. If the Super mix or coarse gradation mixture are designed by Marshall method, there may be appear rutting or moisture damage tendency in asphalt pavement.
