摘要 根据影响边坡治理决策的定量指标(安全稳定系数、期望造价)和定性指标(施工难易程度、边坡治理效果和环境扰动大小),建立各指标的模糊判断矩阵,并将定性指标转换为模糊值,有效组合主、客观权重,建立基于工程模糊集理论的边坡治理方案优化模型。以商州至漫川公路危岩斜坡的防护为例,详细地分析了该方法的应用。计算结果表明:该模型能避免决策或评价结果的主观随意性,减少了目标的客观权重与实际情况之间的误差,符合人工决策的一般过程,较易体现专家的意见和边坡的客观实际情况,有利于提高边坡治理方案优化的决策精度。模型适应性较强,计算量小,有利于推广应用。 Based on the quantitative indexes (safety factor, expected cost) and qualitative indexes (easy or difficult for construction, effect for slope treatment and degree for environment disturbance) which effect the decision for slope treatment, fuzzy comparison matrix for each index was set up, and the qualitative indexes were converted to fuzzy values. The subjective and objective weights were synthesized effectively, the model of scheme optimization for slope treatment decision based on engineering fuzzy set theory was set up. The method was applied to the treatment of a critical rock slope in Shangzhou-Manchuan freeway. The results show that the model can reduce the subjective judgment of decision, and decrease the errors between the objective weights and the reality, and agree with the general procedure for artificial decision. It is easy to reveal the experts' opinion and objective actuality of slope so as to improve the decision precision of optimization of slope treatment scheme. The model has good adaptability and only needs a small amount of computation work, it is propitious to the popularization.
