摘要
通过静态吸附比较几种大孔树脂分离甜菊糖中RA和SS的能力,从中筛选了对莱鲍迪甙A(RA)和甜菊甙(SS)分离效果好和吸附性能高的D107和D108两种大孔树脂。实验结果表明,含72%莱鲍迪甙A(RA)的原糖液经D107树脂吸附处理后,能富集到RA占80%以上的糖液。经D108树脂吸附后,能富集到RA含量占90%以上的糖液。两种树脂的洗脱实验结果表明,50%的甲醇对于分离RA和SS的效果最好,与吸附前糖液成分相比,洗脱液中RA含量提高到78% ̄85%。
Macroporous resins D107 and D108 were selected with high ability of adsorbing and separating RA and SS from stevioside among several resins through static adsorption. As the results showed, after adsorption by D107, the content of RA was enriched to more than 80 %, compared with the sample 72 %. As far as D108 concerned, the content of RA was enriched to more than 90 %. The results showed that 50 % methanol had the best effect of separating RA and SS. Compared with the sample before adsorption , the content of RA after dynamic desorption was 78 %-85 %.
