摘要
通过响应面法分析优化了超声提取灰树花中多糖的工艺条件,并与传统水提法进行了比较分析。结果表明,超声提取灰树花中多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间171 s,提取功率352.4 W,液料比47.9∶1(mL∶g),提取率预测值为14.23%,验证值为14.26%,与预测值的相对误差为0.21%,多糖得率比传统水提法有所提高,且提取时间大大减少。
The RSA software was used for extraction technology of total polysaccharides in Grifola frondosa by ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic wave extraction and traditional water extraction were compared. The results showed that, the perfect conditions of ultrasonic extraction for Grifola frondosa polysaccharides were as follow: extraction time is 171 s, ultrasonic power is 352.4 W and ratio of liquid tO solid is 47.9:1 ( mL: g). The predictive best polysaccharides extraction rate is 14.23 %, the actual extraction rate is 14.26 % and the relative error is 0.21%. The rate of the polysaccharides extraction was higher than the traditional water extraction, and the extracted time was significantly reduced.
