酶联免疫法测定动物源性食品中二苯乙烯类激素残留量

APPLICATION OF ENZYME LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY TO DETERMINATE THE RESIDUESES OF STILBENES RESIDUES IN FOODSTUFFS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN

二苯乙烯类激素是我国动物源性食品中禁止使用的一种促生长剂，介绍了采用酶联免疫法测定动物源性食品中二苯乙烯类激素的方法方面的应用。该方法的变异系数为己烷雌酚为5、4％～8．0％，己烯雌酚为7．2％～10．6％，己烷雌酚回收率90.1％～94％，己烯雌酚回收率达80.1％～86.3％。

Stilbenes is widely uesed in foodstuffs of animal origin as a kind of Somatotropin.In this study,using ELISA method to determinate the residueses of stilbenes in foodstuffs of animal origin. The method coefficient of variation is 5.4 %-8.0 % for HEX,7.2 %-10.6 % for DES.The recovery of HEX is 90.1%-94 % ,and DES is 80.1%-86.3 %.
