摘要
采用衍生气相色谱法对啤酒中的甲醛含量进行测定,该方法检出限为0.014 mg/L,线性相关系数为r=0.999 80,精密度为8.0%,回收率在92.4%～106.0%之间,此方法操作简便、结果可靠,适合啤酒中甲醛含量的测定。
A method was developed for determination of formaldehyde in beer by gas chromatography with derivation. The detection limit, the accuracy and the regression coefficient for the determination of the method were 0.014 mg/L, 8.0 % and 0.999 80. The recoveris were 92.4 %-106.0 %. It showed that this method was simple and easy to handle, and accuracy was high, and suit for the Determination of Formaldehyde in Beer.
