摘要 受现场停电等条件限制,对配电变压器的绝缘监测存在监督盲点。介绍操作波感应耐压现场试验方法,可以在现场停电的情况下,利用蓄电池的能量,完成变压器操作波感应耐压试验,有效检出变压器的层、匝间绝缘缺陷和主绝缘缺陷,覆盖并扩展了传统的工频耐压试验的功能。为变压器在运行现场进行绝缘试验提供了方便实用的技术支持,对降低变压器意外绝缘事故的发生率有着积极的意义。 Blind spot exists in insulation monitoring of distributed transformer because of limited conditions such as field power cut. The paper deals with field test method with switching surge induction-withstand-voltage, which can be completed with battery energy. It can also check out insulating defects in transformer layer-to-layer and turn-to-turn and main insulation defects, which covers and even expands traditional function of power frequency withstand-voltage test. As a result, it provides a technical support for field insulation test, and it carries significance in reducing the rates of transformer unexpected accidents.
