摘要
利用餐饮废油制取生物柴油,采用气相色谱对产品进行了定性分析.在实验过程中,考察了醇油比、催化、用量、反应温度、反应时间对产品产率的影响.结果表明:用正己烷为溶剂,醇油比为8∶1、催化剂氢氧化钠用量为废油质量的1.0%、反应温度50℃、反应时间60 min为最有反应条件,该条件下得到生物柴油的产率为90.1%.
Biodiesel was prepared from waste oil of restaurant. The products was analyzed qualitatively by gas chromatograph. In this foundation, the effect of the methanol/oil ratio, the dosage of the catalyst, the reaction temperature and the time on the yield are studied. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for biodiesel are as follows : the methanol/oil ratio of 8/1, the NaOH catalyst dosage of 1.0 %, the reaction temperature of 50 ℃, and the reaction time of 60 min, and the yield of the biodiesel of 90.1%.
