岗位知识视图是促进岗位知识转移和应用的有效途径,组织成员通过岗位知识视图可以提高学习岗位知识的效率.首先,给出了知识视图和岗位知识视图的概念;然后,分析了岗位知识视图在岗位知识服务系统中所处的地位,并给出了岗位知识视图的具体构建过程;最后,通过岗位知识视图的实例说明了所提构建方法的可行性和实际应用.

Post knowledge view is an effective approach to accelerate knowledge transfer and knowledge application. The member of organization enhances his learning efficiency of post knowledge via post knowledge view. Firstly, the concept of knowledge view and post knowledge view were puot forward. Then, the position of post knowledge view in post knowledge services system was analyzed and a construction process of post knowledge view was proposed. Finally, through an instance of post knowledge view, the feasibility and application of the proposed construction method was illuminated.
