乳腺浸润性导管癌细胞形态结构的定量分析

The Quantative Ultrastructure Analysis of Cancer Cells in Invasive Breast Carcinoma

目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌晚期癌细胞形态结构的定量差异.方法用体视学方法对10例晚期乳腺浸润性导管癌癌细胞、细胞核、核仁的17个形态参数进行测试分析.结果癌细胞与正常细胞比较,有7个参数有高度显著差异和显著差异.其中核仁体密度Vvu、细胞比表面Sc、核平均截面积An、核仁平均截面积Au、核平均周长Bn、核仁平均周长Bu有高度显著差异;癌细胞的核仁与核的体积之比Vv有显著差异.结论乳腺浸润性导管晚期癌细胞核7个形态参数发生变异,为进一步定量研究晚期癌细胞形态结构的差异奠定了一定的基础.

Objective To investigate the quantative ultrastructure analysis of cancer cells in invasive breast carcinoma between their eary and late stages. Methods Stereologic method was applied in analyzing 17 morphological parameters of the cells, nucleus and nucleolus in 10 cases of the late stage in invasive breast carcinoma. Results Compared with normal cells, the cancer cell nucleus were found obviously increased in the volume density of nucleolus Vvu, the specific surface of cell Sc, the average section of nucleus An, the average section of nucleolus Ao, the average perimeter of nucleus Bn, and the average perimeter of nucleolus Bu; increased in the specific volume of nucleolus to nucleus Vv. Conclusions Our experiment present a variation range for 7 morphological parameters of late cancer nucleus, and llay a foundation for a further quantative research of morphological difference of cancer cells between their early and late stages.
