射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛74例分析

Analysis of the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia with Radiofrequency Thermogangliocoagulation in 74 Cases

目的评价射频温控热凝术(RFT)治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效及术后并发症的处理方法.方法随机抽取自1998年至2005年在上海第二医科大学附属第九人民医院进行RFT治疗的原发性三叉神经痛的复诊患者74例进行调查、评价,对手术的有效率、并发症的发生率等临床资料进行总结.结果74例原发性三叉神经痛患者,男性33例,女性41例,男女之比为1:1.24,平均年龄51.8岁.RFT治疗的有效率为95.9%,无效率为4.1%.结论RFT治疗原发性三叉神经痛有效率高,同时具有可保留大部份的触觉、严重并发症低等优点,初次治疗复发者仍可重复进行,是目前一种治疗原发性三叉神经痛的行之有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate the cinical effects of primary trigeminal neuralgia treated by RFT and investigate the methods to manage complications. Methods 74 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were collected from 1999 to 2006, in the Ninth people＇s Hospital Shanghai Second Medical University; a retrospective study was undertaken to analyze the clinical data such as effective rate and the incidence of complications of patients treat with RFT. Result The effective rate of primary trigeminal neuralgia treat with RFT was 95.9%, the ineffective rate was 4.1%. Conclusions RFT is an effective method to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia with few severe complications which can save the sense of touch partly recurrent cases can be retreated with RFT.
