Analysis on University Students' Maintaining Rights as Tutors

大学生是家教市场的主力军。大学生家庭教师身份的特殊性、"从业"的非正规性、维权成本高及维权意识淡薄等,使大学生家庭教师维权陷入困境。在现有法律框架下,探索由大学生、政府、实施法律援助的组织和个人、高校、社会媒体共同参与的大学生校外兼职维权机制,是帮助大学生家庭教师走出维权困境的着力点。

University students are the key component in the tutor market. Due to their particular identity, irregularly taking on the job, high cost in maintaining their rights, and their inadequate legal consciousness, university students met with lots of trouble when maintaining rights as tutors. With the current laws, we should explore a mechanism, in which the students, the government, legal- aid-organizations, individuals, universities and the mess media should work together, which will be the key to help university students to maintain their rights as tutors.
