摘要
综述了纳米氧化锌的主要制备方法,结构表征和材料特性.介绍了液相和气相合成法等不同制备方法的反应特征、产物形貌及其性能.分析了水热法、模板法、溶胶凝胶法和化学气相氧化法的生长机理.讨论了纳米氧化锌的应用前景,并对纳米氧化锌的后续研究重点提出了一些建议.
This paper reviews methods of the preparation and characterization and material preperties of nanostructuered ZnO, The synthesic methods of liquid phase and vapor phase are emphatically introduced. The fabrication condition, morphlogy and properties of the products are discussed. In addition , some growth mechanisms are also investigated, including the hydrothennal process, template - oriented growth , sol - gel and themal chemical oxidation. At the same time , the application foreground of nanostructured ZnO and the further researches of nanostructured ZnO are put forward.
