基于模糊综合评判的山东省资源节约型社会评价研究

STUDY OF DEVELOPMENT OF SHANDONG RESOURCE-CONSERVING SOCIETY BASED ON FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

建设资源节约型社会是当前极为迫切的任务.本文从经济节约指数、社会节约指数、科技支持指数和环境支持指数4个准则层面选取33个指标构建资源节约型社会评价体系,运用二级模糊综合评判模型得到山东省2005年资源节约型社会发展水平处于基本节约状态,最后文章从推进循环经济的发展、增强节约意识全面推进节约社会的发展、加快科技进步促进科技成果转化、改善提高环境支持水平等方面,对提升资源节约型社会节约水平提出了几点建议.

Building resource - conserving society is an exigent mission. In this paper 33 indicators index from economy-conserving index, society- conserving index, technology- supporting index and environment- supporting index and built indicators index for resource - conserving society evaluation. The developmental level of Shandong resource - conserving society belongs to rudimental conserving in 2005 based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model. In the end, this paper provided some suggestions about how to improve resource - conserving society were given. Those are to advance circular economic developing, buildup saving consciousness and enhance saving social developing, expedite technology progress, improve and heighten environment supporting level.
