摘要
简述了中国餐饮业特许经营的发展现状,重点分析了中国餐饮业发展特许经营方面存在的问题及原因,最后提出了中国餐饮业发展特许经营的对策和出路.
This paper summarized the development present situation of special permission chain - like management in China, with analyzed the situation of Chinese food and beverage industry' s developing special permission chain - like and the question and the reason which in the Chinese food and beverage industry development special permission chain - like management. Finally the strategy and suggestion of Chinese food and beverage industry in developing special permission chain - like is proposed.
