摘要 目的探讨ADAMTS-4在退变的腰椎间盘髓核组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例(男27例,女13例)退变的腰椎间盘和8例(男3例,女5例)特发性脊柱侧凸腰椎间盘髓核组织中ADAMTS-4蛋白的表达。将获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果40例实验组髓核组织中32例表达阳性,8例对照组中均无阳性表达。ADAMTS-4在退变腰椎间盘髓核中的表达明显增加(χ2=10.53,P<0.005)。结论髓核中ADAMTS-4的表达增强可能是腰椎间盘退变的重要因素之一。 Objective To explore the expression of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif-4(ADAMTS-4) in pulpy nucleus of human degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of ADAMTS-4 protein in fresh pulpy nucleus of 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation(experimental group,27 males and 13 females)and 8 patients with idiopathic scoliosis(control group,3 males and 5 females)were detected with immunohistochemical techniques.Results The expression of ADAMTS-4 protein was positively expressed in 32 cases in experiment group,but none in control group.The expression of ADAMTS-4 significantly increased in the pulpy nucleus of degenerated lumbar discs(χ^2=10.53,P〈0.005).Conclusion The increased expression of ADAMTS-4 in degenerated pulpy nucleus indicates that ADAMTS-4 may be one of the important factors leading to intervertebral disc degeneration.
