从全国城市化发展的背景出发,对上海目前的一主多副的发展模式提出置疑,并提出了城市核的概念,指出了城市核应满足的要求,以证明城市核形成多极化发展模式有助于激活整个上海城区的发展。

Starting from the background of national urbanization development,＂one-main-body and many-members＂ development mode in current Shanghai was doubted,and provided the conception of city nuclear,pointed out the requirement need meet of city nuclear,so as to ensure city nuclear forming multi-polarization development mode being helpful to activating the whole shanghai urban development.
