有机蔬菜质量控制与追溯体系及产业化模式研究

摘要
为探讨有机蔬菜质量控制体系、追溯体系及产业化发展模式与运行机制，2004～2007年我们与山东青果食品有限公司、临沂同德农业有限公司密切配合．进行了一系列的研究，取得了有益经验。一、应用HACCP原理建立有机蔬菜质量控制体系与追溯体系HACCP（危害分析与关键控制点）体系是世界一些发达国家在食品行业中采用的一种质量保证体系，通过对食品生产过程中各个环节进行危害分析，找出关键控制点，采取有效的预防措施和监控手段，使危害因素降到最低程度，并采取必要的验证措施，
