摘要
结合建筑施工企业人力资源行业自身的特点,从后备人才队伍的发现体系建设和后备人才队伍的培养机制建设两个方面对建筑施工企业后备人才队伍的建设进行了探讨,以解决建筑施工企业人力资源管理和开发中的一些问题。
Combined with the features of the human resources industry of the construction enterprise,studies the bringing-up of reserve talents of the construction enterprise from the discovery system construction and the training mechanism construction of the reserve talents,to solve problems of the management and development of the human resources in the construction enterprise.
