The paper elaborates the concepts of project claim, and then makes a analysis from the two aspects of construction claim and converse claim from construction department.Meanwhile,it also introduces the claim procedures of construction engineering.At last,discusses the verification of the claim report,so as to accelerate the people to further realize and understand the project claim,and more effectively handle the work of claim.
