摘要
介绍了工程量清单招投标的特点,阐述了工程量清单招标的优越性,分析了工程量清单计价方式下的投标报价,并探讨了工程量清单计价方式下的评标方法,以推广工程量清单计价的应用。
The characteristics of bid of bill of quantities are introduced as well as the advantages of this kind of bid invitation and submission mode.The quotation of price under engineering bill pricing mode is analyzed.Meanwhile,bid evaluation and decision method under this pricing mode are discussed in order to promote the application of engineering quantity list.
