摘要
提出了一种用于检测有害气体的新方法——双光束四路探测法。基于红外谱线的朗伯-比尔定律,采用了双光束四路探测结构,单片机数据处理以及高性能的钽酸锂热释电探测器等关键技术,能够对有害气体的浓度进行准确地测量和分析。文章详细介绍了探测器的设计原理。该探测器能够很好地补偿测量环境所产生的光、电干扰,使测量装置本身引起的测量误差达到最小化。实验中应用了宽光谱的热释电探测器,为实现多种有害气体的综合检测,提供了一种实用可行的新方法。
Through comparison with various gas detecting instruments existed, an innovative method based on Lambert-Beer Law is proposed in this paper,integrated with many key techniques such as featured dual-beam and four-channel structure,programmed MCU data acquiring and processing and selected LiTaOa pyroelectric detector with outstanding performance, As far as the determination and analysis of insalubrious gases are concerned, the instrument characterized by its comprehensiveness, marketing practicality and real time offers high precision and effective efficiency. The design, its fundamentals included are explained in great detail,as well as relevant electric circuits for processing the data collected. The application of this unique instrument provides a better offsetting choice,minimizing detecting error caused by both extra light and electric factors. The pyroelectric detector with a wide spectrum affords new means for consecutive determination of multiple gases.
