摘要
笔者依据多年的设计经验,从设计的角度探讨了设计前期工作阶段对建筑造价及工程设计质量的影响;提出设计者与业主应自觉转变轻视设计前期工作的观念,更新设计思路与方法,对工程建筑造价进行有效地控制。
Based on years experiences in desigh, the writer probes into the impact caused by pre - design work to final construction cost and engineering design quality. In addition, he suggests designer and owner shall consciously change their idea of looking down upon pre - design work and shall continuously renew the design concept and method so that the construction cost can be effectively controlled.
