新闻语篇使用大量的直接引语,主要是为了显示消息来源的真实性,以此表明报道者忠实原文,忠实报道,忠实读者,让读者以为该报道没有个人主观的意见,只是事实客观地再现。然而,任何一种转述形式都有可能成为转述者的工具,直接引语也不例外。本文通过分析两则"华南虎"新闻语篇中的直接引语来揭示新闻语篇中含而不露的意识形态意义,希望增强人们的语言意识。

News reports always use reporting clauses to add trueness, to show objectivity and to ensure readers that the reports do not have any subjectivity. Direct speech means every word is original. However, reporters can make use of any kind of reporting clauses, including direct speech. This paper analyzes direct speech in two news reports and reveals the implicated ideology within the reports in the hope of increasing people＇s language awareness.
