摘要
根据应力-寿命分析法的分析过程,通过理论计算和有限元法对轻合金轮圈在弯曲工况下的结构强度和疲劳情况进行分析.对两种方法分析的结果进行对比可以看出,有限元法计算结果与疲劳理论分析结果基本一致,表明疲劳分析的正确性,为车轮的设计提供依据.
This paper mainly analyzes the process of fatigue analysis about light aluminum alloy rims with methods of theoretical computation and FEA according to the process of S-N analysis. Then it compares the results with the two methods and finds that the results are basically the same, indicating the validity of fatigue analysis and thus providing basis for the design of wheels.
