摘要
对含光滑曲面的汽车零件逆向设计过程中数据的快速获取方法、测量数据处理技术和曲面重构技术进行了研究,分析了含光滑曲面的汽车零件逆向设计中的关键技术.用FARO测量系统对复杂曲面进行逆向设计,其曲面精度可达±20μm,且测量速度是接触式三坐标测量机的5倍,较好地解决了含光滑曲面的汽车零件快速、高精度逆向设计的问题.
The method of data acquisition, the technology of data disposal and surface reconstruction during the process of smooth surface digitization are researched. The key technology of smooth surface reverse design is analyzed. Using FRAO measuring system to reverse design a smooth surface, the results show that its dimensional errors are less than twenty microns, and the scanning speed is five times quicker than the contact CMM. The method solves the problems of smooth surface digitization with high speed and precision excellently.
