协同制造业配件供应商库存目标决策模型

摘要 协同制造业配件供应商的销售具有不允许缺货,需求不确定,客户数量有限,存在半成品的特点.根据这些特点,在指数平滑法基础上,增加了趋势因子,提出了预测算法,然后基于线性规划的思想提出了成品和半成品库存分配模型.该模型在保证完成订单的前提下,利用半成品库存来减少成品库存,进一步降低了库存成本.最后通过仿真实例对这2个模型进行了评估. Parts suppliers of collaborative manufacturing industry have some characteristics in common: unallowable for lack of supply, uncertain demand, limited clients, and having semi-finished product. According to these characteristics, this paper gives a new prediction algorithm adding trend factor, on the hasis of exponential smoothing model. Then based on the thought of Linear Planning, it gives an inventory distribution model for products and semi-finished products, which can further reduce the products inventory costs with semi-finished products inventory under the condition of finishing the orders. Finally, with simu- lative examples, the two models are evaluated.
