青海尕斯油田复合调驱技术室内研究

摘要 针对青海尕斯油藏条件,通过室内实验研究,筛选了适合油藏条件的交联聚合物凝胶+凝胶颗粒复合调驱体系,并对配方体系的驱油效果进行了评价。实验结果表明,交联聚合物凝胶体系的最优配方为:1 500 mg/L水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)+400 mg/L有机酚醛+100 mg/L稳定剂+100 mg/L除氧剂;交联聚合物凝胶0.3 PV+0.2 PV预交联颗粒+0.1 PV水驱流向剂颗粒组成的复合调驱体系可有效封堵大孔道,改善注入水剖面,并有很好的驱油作用,封堵效率可达到90%以上,采收率可提高17.8%左右。 According to the coditions of oil reservoir in Gasi Oilfield of Qinghai, the proper compound profile - modifying systems comprising crosslinking polymer gel and gel particle were screened through the laboratory study and the displacement effects of the above formulation were evaluated. The test result indicated that the optimum formulation of crosslinking polymer gel system contained 1 500 mg/L HPAM , 400 mg/L organic phenolic aldehyde , 150 mg/L stabilizer and 100 mg/L deoxidant. Compound profile - modifying systems containing crosslinking polymer gel and gel particle could effectively block up the big channel, improved the injection profile and had the very good effect in oil displacement. The plugging rate could be above 90% and the rate of enhanced recovery could increase by about 17.8%.
