摘要
图形与背景是认知语言学的重要概念。图形即所要描写的对象,是注意的焦点部分;背景是环境,是为突出图形而衬托的部分。本文以认知语言学中的图形—背景理论为基础,从汉英语对比、对外汉语、现代汉语三个方面探讨了图形—背景理论在汉语中的应用。
Figure and background are very important concepts in cognitive linguistics. Figure is the described object and the focus for attention. Background, the surrounding, serves as a foil to the figure. On the basis of the figure-background theory, this paper mainly discusses the applications of this theory in Chinese language from three aspects- comparison and contrast between Chinese and English, teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the modern Chinese language.
