摘要
姜黄素是一种天然酚类抗氧化剂,有广泛的药理作用,如:抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗脂质过氧化及护肝等。本文对姜黄素及其衍生物制剂的质量控制(包括药物的稳定性、药物的提取、制剂的研究)进行了概述,并介绍了姜黄素在治疗肝脏、心脏、肿瘤等疾病中的研究及应用。
Curcumin is a kind of natural phenolic antioxidants, it has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as anti - inflammatory, anti - tumor, anti - lipid peroxidation and protecting the liver, etc. This paper discussed the quality control of the preparation of curcumin and its derivatives （ including the stability , extraction and preparation of the drugs） , its pharmacological effects to the liver, heart and tumors were also reviewed.
