摘要 微区信息是现代物质信息研究的重要组成部分。利用扫描电镜捕捉物质微区信息具有分辨高、放大倍数大、景深大、立体感强、样品制备简单的优点,因而广泛应用于不同领域的研究。本文综述扫描电镜(SEM)和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)在矿物、岩石学、石油地质、工程地质、天文地质、古微生物学等不同地球科学领域的研究状况。结果表明扫描电镜(SEM)和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)在地学微区信息提取方面有不可代替的优势。 The micro area information is an important constituent in the modern material information research. The scanning electron microscope capturing material micro area information has superiority , for example , good distinguishing, big enlargement, big depth of field, strong stereoscopic effect , simple sample prepara- tion, thus it is widely applied in the different domain research. This article Summary the research condition of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM) in the different geoscience domain, such as mineral, petrology, the petroleum geology, the engineering geology, the astronomy geology, the ancient microbiology and so on. The result indicated scanning electron microscope (SEM) and environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM) has the superiority in the aspect of micro area information extraction which cannot be replaced.
