摘要
用一般的力学测量方法探伤,长期以来都被认为是无效的。本文发现当压力容器内部具有深埋的二维线型裂纹时,其应力应变畸变在结构表面具有猫耳效应。并提出根据应变畸变猫耳效应,联合运用应变测量和有限元法相结合确定二维线型裂纹的尺寸和位置的方法。
It is considered impossible to inspect flaw by using ordinary mechan-ical measuring methods.In this paper,it is found that the stress andstrain distortions of pressure vessel with 2D linear shape crack in thedeep appear the“cat effect”on the surface of structure,and presentedthat the location and size of the crack will be determined with strainmeasuring and FEM according to“cat effect”of strain distortion.
