On the Problems in the Education of Normal Students' Professional Ethics

高质量的教育需要高素质的教师,培养高素质教师是师范院校的主要任务,而培养师范生的职业道德素质是师范教育的重要内容之一。但是当前在师范生职业道德教育中存在以下三个主要问题:教育理念陈旧、课程设置单一、教材选编欠妥等,严重影响了师范生的培养质量。

A high quality education needs high quality teachers. The normal schools and normal universities bear the duty of cultivating teachers where to rear the normal students＇ professional ethics is one of the most important educational contents. This paper analyses the existing problems in the current educational situation of the teachers＇ professional ethics for the students in normal schools and normal universities, which are as follows： the educational concept is out of date; the courses offered are unitary and the contents of the textbooks are inappropriate.
