浅谈法律的试行

法律试行在我国广泛地存在,也对我国的社会发展和法制建设起了重要作用。但立法机关对于"试行"的含义至今没有明确的解释,同时法律试行还存在着诸多问题。本文分析了法律试行的含义、意义、存在的问题,并提出了自己的观点:试行应该存在,但要在《立法法》中明确规定其各种事项。

Legal implementation in our country widespread existence,also to our country social development and legislative work vital role.But legislature regarding ＂implementation＂the meaning until now does not have explicitly to explain that,simultaneously the legal implementation also has many problems.This article has analyzed the legal implementation implication,the significance, the existence question, and proposed own viewpoint：The implementation should exist,but must center explicitly stipulate its each kind of item in ＂Legislation Law＂.
