本文主要介绍SUND—BIRSTA（桑德森）自动打捆机在高速线材厂的应用，重点介绍了其控制系统，生产中出现的常见电气故障以及解决办法，还介绍了高速线材厂为实现打双箍功能所做的尝试等。
This article mainly introduces the application of SUND-BIRSTA auto-bundling machine in the high-speed wire stock plant, with the focus on its control system, common electric failures and the solutions to them. And it also presents the attempts made to realize the function of ＂double-hooping＂ in this plant
