摘要
在电厂输煤系统中,输送线路一般较长,设备分布比较分散,电厂在满足工艺要求的前提下,需尽量减少劳动定员和降低劳动强度。本文通过介绍MODICON Quantum PLC的特点,并将其与华蓥山发电有限公司电厂输煤系统的工艺要求相结合,分析了如何运用PLC来实现对电厂输煤系统的控制。本应用案例具有一定的参考价值。
In the coal handling system of the electric power plant, usually the coal conveying line is too long, and the arrangement of equipments is more scattered. It needs to decrease the fixed number of persons and reduce theirs intensity of labor as much as possible under the premise of satisfying the technological requirements of the electric power plant. This article aims to analyze how to realize the control of the coal handling system? through PLC by introducing the features of MODICON Quantum PLC, with the consideration of the technical requirements of coal handling system in Huayingshan Electric Power Co. Ltd. The case is of some reference value.
