在我国大规模高速度的住宅建设中，在追求三大效益的协调发展过程中，常因种种原因，对建筑群体空间布局艺术很少顾及。笔者认为，这不是可有可无的问题，而是深化以人为本和提高居住环境质量水平的体现，是使人与自然和艺术有机融合的问题，是对环境效益追求的深入探索，也是两个文明建设的重要组成部分．

Being different kinds of reasons, the art of spatial layout of architectural complex has been paid little attention during the process of housing construction which is in a fast speed and in a large scale in China. The author thinks it is so important that it reflects the human based goal, and reflects the promoting the quality of living environment, and reflects the organic combination among human being, nature and art.
