摘要 目的:探讨VEGF、TGF-β1在早期胃癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测130例早期胃癌中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达,分析其与早期胃癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:早期胃癌VEGF表达率为17.7%,TGF-β1表达率为46.9%。VEGF表达与临床病理特征无关,Logistic回归分析提示TGF-β1表达与淋巴结转移、癌周明显肠化相关,VEGF、TGF-β1表达与预后无关。结论:早期胃癌VEGF、TGF-β1检测对早期胃癌预后判断价值有限,但TGF-β1检测可用于评估淋巴结状态,指导手术方式的选择。 Objective:To explore the expression of VEGF and TGF - 131 in early gastric cancer (EGC)and its clinical significance. Methods :The expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 in EGC( 130 cases )was evaluated by immu-nohistochemistry. We investigated the correlation between gene expression and clinicopathologic features and prognosis. Results:VEGF and TGF - β1 expression was detected in 17.7% and 46.9% patients with EGC. No correlation was observed between expression of VEGF and various clinicopathologic parameters. Multivariate analysis indicated that TGF - β1 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis and paracarcinomatous intestinal metaplasia. No correlation was found between VEGF expression, TGF- β1 expression, and prognosis. Conclusion: Expression of VEGF and TGF - β1 in EGC has no influence on prognosis. But expression of TGF - β1 is one of the useful predictors for estimating lymph node metastasis.
