我国高校青年教师生存状况探析

The Exploration of the Survival Status of Young Teachers in Chinese Universities

近年来,青年教师已成为高校教师队伍的主力军,如何促进青年教师健康成长已成为提高高等教育教学质量的关键。高校青年教师的生存状况令人担忧,主要表现为经济收入较低,教学工作量繁重,科研压力大等,导致这种状况的主要因素包括青年教师的价值取向、身心素质、高校扩招等主客观因素,因此必须从加强青年教师师德教育、转变高校办学理念、建立科学的高校教师工作的考核体系等多方面入手,以改变目前青年教师的生存状况。

In resent years, young teachers have become the main force of the teacher troop in higher education institutions. Therefore, the endorsement and promotion of young teachers have been the essential part of the improvement in higher education quality. Moreover, the serious eomcerns about the survival status of young u- niversity and college teachers have been raised, which focus on the following presentation：lower economic income, heavy teaching workload, and extremely elevated anxiety of scientific research. Supporting factors for this phenomenon would include, but not limited to： young teachers＇ value orientation, physical and psychological quality changes, and changes in the working environment which refers to the university expansion. So there should be solutions to increase the rate of young teacher survival status which mainly include strengthening young teachers＇ moral education, changing the idea of how colleges and universities function, and establishing scientific performance evaluation systems for all contemporary teachers.
