摘要 目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺疾病中的临床应用价值。方法63例(64个病灶)乳腺病变患者,年龄31 ̄71岁,平均年龄43岁。其中61例乳腺病变,2例腋窝病变。可触及乳腺包块49例,未扪及明确包块12例。回顾性分析超声引导下穿刺活检的病理学检查结果,并与手术后病理学检查结果及门诊随访结果对照,计算准确率。结果恶性肿瘤31例,良性肿瘤32例,诊断准确率98.4%。假阴性1例。63例中12例触诊阴性,其中3例为恶性。结论对触及或不可触及的乳腺病变,在超声引导下穿刺活检能在术前明确诊断,为外科手术方式、治疗措施的确定提供有价值的诊断依据。 Objective To study the clinical application of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in breast disease. Methods A total of 63 patients (64 lesions) with mammary disease had been biopsied with uhrasound-guidence. The pathological results were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the pathological results after operation and following-up, then the coincidence rates were calculated. Results In these patients there were 31 malignancies, 32 benign,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 98.46 %. The lesions could not be touched in 12 patients,and 3 of them were malignant. Conclusion It is demonstrated that whether the mammary mass can be touched or not,the accurate diagnosis can be acquired by the ultrasound-guided needle biopsy before operation. Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy provide valuable diagnostic evidence for surgical procedure and therapeutic measure.
