摘要 混合动力电动汽车是当今在汽车领域解决节能减排问题的有效途径之一。本文介绍了采用起动机/发电机集成技术的ISG(Integrated starter/generator)型并联混合动力汽车动力系统结构布置,提出动力系统的控制策略及参数匹配方法。在工程分析和理论推导的基础上,对发动机、电池组、电机和传动系统的相关零部件选择及其参数进行了分析设计。利用ADVISOR软件对整车性能进行了仿真,结果表明整车的动力性和经济性能够满足设计要求,为混合动力汽车的总体设计提供了一定的理论依据。 Hybrid electric vehicle is an effective way to solve the problems of energy--saving and emission reduction on automobiles. The powertrain construction and control strategy of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) adopting the technology of integrated starter/generator(ISG) were introduced; a parameter matching method for HEV powertrain was put forward. On the basis of engineering analysis and theoretic calculation, the related parameters of engine, Ni-MH battery, the permanent magnetic motor and the gear ratios of driveline were designed. Simulation of the vehicle performance was carried out based on ADVISOR. The results indicate that the dynamic performance and fuel oil efficiency of vehicle are satisfied and provide the theoretical foundation for conceptual design of HEV.
