Research on Past Evaluation of Provincial Natural Science Foundation of Anhui

研究省级自然科学基金项目后评价的特点及存在的问题,综述证据推理方法在多属性综合评价问题中的应用特点及优势。将证据推理方法引入到安徽省自然科学基金项目后评价中,构建评价模型并求解。应用基于证据推理的智能决策系统计算得到最终评价结果,将其与专家的评价结果进行比较分析,表明了证据推理方法在安徽省自然科学基金项目后评价中的可行性与合理性。

In the first place, the paper anal ysis the characteristics of past evaluation of provincial natur al science foundation（pnsf for short） and points out its fults, then the characteristics of evidential rea- soning approach are investigated, and evaluation model of pnsf has been developed with evidential reasoning approach, and the eveluation results are calculated by intelligent decision system based on er algorithm, at last, at last, the evaluation results are compared with the specialists evaluation results, and illustrate that er approach has good applicability in such evaluation.
