反相高效液相色谱法测定紫穗槐中的鱼藤酮

Determination of Rotenone in Amorph Frutiicosa L by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

测定紫穗槐不同部位的鱼藤酮质量分数,以研究紫穗槐不同时期鱼藤酮质量分数的变化规律。采用反相高效液相色谱法,首次对紫穗槐中的鱼藤酮进行质量分数测定,并确定其定量方法。结果表明,采用该方法测量准确,重复性好。紫穗槐叶7月份质量分数最高为0.0115 mg/g,种子9月份质量分数最高为0.0307 mg/g。

Determine the content of rotenone in different parts of Amorpha frutiicosa L by Reversed- Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Research on rotenone distribution and variation during different periods of Amorpha frutiicosa L; The YWG C18（250 mm ×4.6 mm,id, 10 μm） column and methanol - acetonitrile - 0.03 moL/L phosphoric acid solution （30 ： 32： 38） as mobile phase were used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 295 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The content of rotenone in Amorpha frutiicosa L was determined by RT - HPLC for the first time. The result suggests that leave in July had the highest content,which was 0.0115 mg/g. In September, seed had the highest content,which was 0. 0307 mg/g.
