依托专业教育进行大学生人格塑造。论述了设计专业"一体化"人才培养的指导思想和模式的构建,提出了在实施过程中应遵循的基本原则。设计专业"一体化"人才培养模式实施的阶段性成果说明,人格塑造与专业教育的融合使教学充满活力,具有一定的时效性。

The study aims at promoting student personality training based on the professional education. From the professional characters, following the professional education rules, construct talent cultivation mode, strengthen student -centered education ideas, fuse the personality training into ＂one body＂ cultivation mode, promote independent study, fuse personality training into self pursuit. The fuse between personality training and professioanl education makes talent cultivation active and bears effectiveness.
