摘要
目的研究高效液相色谱(HPLC)二级管阵列检测器,测定蜜饯、果冻中人工合成着色剂的方法,为此类检测提供依据。方法应用光谱图比对、光谱归一化等峰纯度检验技术,检测果冻、蜜饯等食品中的人工合成着色剂。结果峰纯度匹配因子适宜于配合光谱图比较进行综合分析定性,有效排除或降低了多种形式的干扰。结论采用该技术,提高了HPLC检测复杂样品定性定量的准确度和可靠性,具有一定实用价值。
Objective To study the application of the new technologies by to qualitative and quantitative analysis HPLC. Method The new technologies of spectrum comparison, normalization of spectra and peak-purity detections were used in detecting the Artificial Synthetic Colorants in jelly and glace. Result The match factor of peak - purity is taken as a quantitative index to determine the value of peak purity because the value of the match factor represents the consistency of two spectrums: 1000 means that they were identical; 990 means they were very similar;900 -990 means they were similar to some extent; and the value lower than 900 indicates they were different from each other. The match factor of peak - purity is suitable for the comprehensive analyses and comparisons of a spectrum, which can effectively exclude or lower much interference. Conclusion By using the technology proposed in this paper, the accuracy and the reliability of the detection on complex samples by HPLC could be improved, and a populor application has also been achieved in detecting such colour-ants.
