摘要
试验以龙眼胚性愈伤组织为材料,研究不同的光质处理对龙眼胚性愈伤组织生长和过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响.结果表明,不同光质对生长有不同效应,蓝光对愈伤组织生长有促进作用,而白光则有抑制作用;在光照和黑暗2种培养条件下,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性均有明显的变化.
Longan embryogenic calli were used as materials for investigating the effects of light quality on the growth and the changes of enzymatic activities of POD, CAT and SOD. The results showed that blue light was beneficial to the callus growth, while white light suppressed the growth. In light and dark conditions, the activities of POD, CAT and SOD changed remarkably.
